To view or print a past receipt, consumers can simply visit the Payment History page on the Portal. Here, each transaction is listed with its unique confirmation number. Clicking on the confirmation number will open a detailed receipt for any previous payment or donation. This seamless process not only saves time but also makes it easier for consumers to keep track of their financial transactions without the need to sift through emails or paper records.
Continued Email Receipts
In addition to this new feature, we will continue to send an email receipt for every payment. Immediate email receipts serve as a first line of documentation, providing consumers with instant confirmation of your transactions.

For firms utilizing our gateway to send receipts, it’s crucial to ensure that your SPF records are correctly configured. Proper SPF configuration helps in preventing emails from being marked as spam or getting bounced, thus maintaining the reliability of communication between you and your clients.
