We’re making it easier for consumers to access previous receipts for one-time payments or donations made on the Portal.
How consumers can access receipts ➡️ From the Payment History page, consumers can click the transaction’s confirmation number to view or print a receipt for a previous payment or donation.
Consumers will continue receiving an email receipt after all payments. For firms sending receipts through the gateway, make sure your SPF records are configured correctly to prevent bounced emails.
